To achieve this, it is essential to promote a critical, egalitarian, and very reflective dialogue, where the contribution of people from different groups and with cultural differences is promoted,” said Rebeca Chavarría, educator and general director of the Bright Spot Learning Center. This critical reflection allows you to evaluate your ability to be a self-directed learner by allowing you to self-assess your contributions to your learning and the learning of your peers. Learning to self-assess is an essential part of being a lifelong self-directed learner.

 

These five weeks have been hectic. I have been eager to continue learning; I have researched, written, and read extensively during this time. When I remember it, I say that I am achieving it. All this effort has been worth it, and I am enriching my knowledge and vocabulary. Maybe it was the authenticity. I love this more than the essays I was assigned back then. I am almost halfway through my learning at this stage of my studies.

 

During class 5302, Concepts of Educational Technology

This course has helped me continue my learning process; I learned about the Growth Mindset Plan and the Learning Manifesto . I see the challenges and setbacks I face every day differently. We may have difficulties, but we must know we have the skills to achieve our objectives and goals. I still have a lot to learn. I feel satisfied with the learning I have gained up to this point. I never thought I could use this course so much in my life.

 

During class 5304, Leading Organization Change

We are in a time when changes and advances represent essential organizational opportunities. The main thing is to achieve success, which depends significantly on the people and the willingness and commitment they present. Leading in a culture of change shows us what it can be like to build plans and strategies that are incorporated into our organization. Incorporate an Influencer Strategy, a Installing 4DX , and What's My Why? These united components have influenced my learning process; I see why I chose this career.

 

● Changes are constant. It's almost half of this online master's degree. I am very happy with what I have achieved up to this point; I like it. This has been an enriching experience because I have acquired much knowledge.

● I check my emails daily to stay informed and share information with my colleagues.

● We contacted each other via Zoom, discussing some readings and clarifying doubts.

● Complete all course readings, videos, and supporting resources.

● Make the corrections that the teacher sent me.

● Made comments on the topics seen by my colleagues.

● I have attended all the suggested classes for these courses

● I have submitted all my evaluations in time for classes 5302 and 5304.

● Reply to all comments in discussions supporting contribution.

● We form a group with constant communication, where there is mutual support and decisions are made together.

● During these five weeks, through Zoom, we meet where we clarify doubts.

● Productive discussions were generated, which is very important. Reviewing my colleagues' work, I highly valued their abilities and commented on and accepted the opinions expressed about my work.

● We analyze documents on how to use citations using the APA standard.

● Estefania, the links we use in the meetings.

● I shared the photos at all meetings.

● Adriana shared the Zoom link every week.

● Ileana created an agenda for the weekly meetings.

● Our WhatsApp group was active, and said we help each other with questions.

● We share experiences and knowledge about our teaching skills daily in the classroom.

 

Areas to improve

● Start with improving reading, highlighting the most essential parts of reading.

● I have been familiarizing myself with technology and improving my electronic portfolio.

● Work more on APA standards.
