Leading Change Within Our Organization
Change is choosing; change is committing and getting involved; change is doing things differently, adopting a more comprehensive and holistic vision, and to carry it out effectively, you have to look for incremental changes and discard changes; creating is essential because it allows us to explore new things and learn from different experiences. This will help us grow as a person, as we can now understand more about ourselves, our limits, and our desires. You will be able to see that my Innovation Plan is more than a simple project. Regardless of their representation, I tell my students they are leaders because they can be self-aware, communicate effectively, encourage strategic thinking, and motivate their peers to do their best. The following vital strategies support this path.
Although circumstances often change in the blink of an eye, people tend to change at will. Even the most motivated people who welcome change often encounter obstacles in the What's My Why? They make the transformation lasting, compelling, and vital. It is essential because students are owners of their learning, and students will be able to. Discover new ideas, find new goals, and develop new values. And all of this will make them live a fuller and happier life when they are incorporated into the real world.
Influence is the quality that gives the ability to exercise specific control over power for someone or something. The influence of society can contribute to the development of intelligence, affectivity, assertiveness, behavior, and personality. In education, teachers share their knowledge and way of being, transmitting values and inspiring you to improve. In addition, they provide teaching to students so that they can enhance their skills. They give a lot of themselves in the classroom and recognize the value of their role in developing each of their students. The processes already have their routine, therefore, suggesting changes are not well accepted. This is where the influencer model comes in handy with its six sources of influence. The six ways leaders can influence others to join them in their proposal.
I invite you to visit My Influencer Strategy to encourage acceptance of a two-way blended learning environment in class within my team and my school.
By definition, influence is the ability to affect the behavior of others in a particular direction, leveraging key tactics that engage, connect, and inspire them. That is why we have identified “influencing others” as creating a plan that helps my team achieve an essential goal by incorporating
The four basic leadership skills needed in each role. Focusing on an objective leads us to achieve our goals. Leading change means knowing what is essential right now and creating these subtle changes together. Creating this plan as a team will hold each of us accountable for making positive changes in our organization and, one day, in the world. Read my post, Installing 4DX
Communication is the form of interaction between two or more people, whether through the spoken or written word, gestures, or emotional expressions, the result of which is the meaningful exchange that leads to our understanding and, in the best of cases, to an agreement. And my team to adopt appropriate behavior and reduce the barrier to working on crucial conversations.
Through Crucial Conversations we will learn to see problems differently through the lens of my team, maintain dialogues about meaningful topics, work effectively as engaged team members, and solve problems in ways that reduce barriers. This way, we can have Self-differentiated leadership to resolve those difficult conversations.

These strategies and plans are linked to each other because when our organization is led correctly, it advances to success according to the changes made.

What's My Why?
My why is to share this great challenge of studying this master's degree entirely online with others. For me, it has been easy. My reason is to help future students with my portfolio. I'm curious why everything is online. "What am I learning this for?" In other words, before each course that I am going to do, I see the purpose, why it is important to me, and why it is necessary for me, I strive to give one hundred percent to be successful in this significant step in my learning.
When I work with my students to find these fundamental whys, we focus on their challenges; that is, to know what your purpose is, to understand what your fundamental why is, we must identify what your most significant obstacles have been, improve your learning experiences to meet the teaching objectives and goals.
”To inspire people to do the things that inspire them so that, together, we can change our world.”
People like Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, and the Wright brothers had little in common, but they all started with WHY. They realized people would only buy a product, service, movement, or idea once they understood its WHY.
START WITH WHY shows that the leaders with the most influence think, act, and communicate similarly, which is the opposite of what others do. Sinek calls this powerful idea The Golden Circle, and it provides a framework on which organizations can be built, movements can be led, and people can be inspired. And it all starts with WHY.

My Innovation Proposal implements blended learning using a dual language rotation station. Here's the why, how, and what's behind my innovation plan.
Prepare and inspire our students to face changes within the school, using technological innovations to improve learning for the new era.

Why?
As with most things in our society, new technologies are used to improve blended learning in terms of engagement and teaching effectiveness, with the ultimate goal of ensuring better student learning outcomes.

How?

In addition to educational institutions' learning strategies, the teaching methods are very effective. These "new" ideas receive the incorporation of digital technology in education worldwide.
What?

Students are given the confidence to express themselves as they choose their own pace and manner of learning in this technologically advanced world.
TELL ME WHY?

Finally, technological learning can offer greater flexibility than traditional methods. Students looking for a more flexible educational option may find that learning technology allows them to study whenever and wherever they want; these students become lifelong learners. In addition, technological learning can often create more interest because everything is faster when looking for information for students.
AND HOW?

By combining learning and the station rotation model, students learn through technology; they will have the opportunity to choose their own pace of learning.
IT APPLY?

Learning can offer several benefits to my students, including increased engagement, better access to resources, and increased flexibility. Learning effectively engages students according to their individual experiences. For example, learning can provide students with opportunities to learn at their own pace, receive immediate feedback, and receive targeted instruction. The rotation of stations combines it with the technology we already have in our classrooms. Blended learning allows for greater collaboration between students as it is applied to daily life.

Influencer Strategy
Power in organizations is only valid when it can be converted into influence over others. Unfortunately, not everyone who leads knows how to do it. John P. Kotter.
Power becomes influence when the individual is conscious of behaving according to the wishes of the one who possesses the power. Whetten-Cameron.
Influence is the essence of leadership; examining power is insufficient to explain a leader's effectiveness, influence on people, and motivation to carry out tasks.
I want to show some problems with student behavior. It is possible to neutralize strategic influences by responding effectively to attempts to apply inappropriate influences; these depend on the type of strategy used.
There are different types of change agents; However, they all help to influence my students. While it may be challenging at times, in the end, such an approach will lead you to success. Through the types of influence strategies.
The change influence model, proposed in the change management framework, can help navigate the complexity associated with an organization's people, processes, and culture when it begins to act differently than it has done in the past. This tool provides us with a practical and scientifically validated guide to help change the mentality and behaviors of people within an organization.
In my Innovation Plan, I will use the six influence models to see the behaviors and actions that produce effective results.

“Every human being has the freedom to change at any moment.”
We are free to choose, change, and be who we want. Viktor Frankl
School districts have experienced various transformations, and the effect of influence can change several rules within the school organization. due not only to the social, cultural, political, and environmental changes, among others, that are observed worldwide but also the internal and external elements that accompany the different learning processes considerably deepening the liberating education where knowledge is obtained. which are then captured and exchanged in other media and spaces. Installing 4DX

With the rapid changes introduced by technology and the increase in the movement of goods, services, capital, and work as a driving force over the last decades, globalization has dramatically changed economies, societies, and natural environments. It has connected the world more than ever.
Societies change due to various causes and factors, internal or external, natural or human, voluntary or involuntary. Social change alters social structures, norms, values, and market products that affect collective life. Change can be gradual or sudden, positive or negative, desired or resisted, planned or spontaneous. Social change implies an evolution of societies, which can lead to improvements or setbacks in well-being, justice, democracy, and innovation.
Innovation: It is the introduction of something new or improved in a specific area that may be technological, scientific, artistic, cultural, or social.

The four disciplines of execution are not just a theory. They are practices tested and refined in hundreds of organizations and by thousands of teams over many years.
According to McChesney and Covey, the daily routine of any professional environment can become a blur or a whirlwind. The 4 Disciplines of Execution, 4DX, is a strategy organizations can use to execute essential goals amid the whirlwind (McChesney & Covey, 2012). The 4 Disciplines of Execution focus on creating a framework to achieve goals during the chaos of everyday life through motivation, accountability, and structure.

4DX Plan and Influencer Model

My 6 Sources of Influence both focused on the processes that increase the motivation and morale of the participants and used measurable terms that focus on a small number of factors that lead to change in the students' dual language learning process through the incorporation of station rotations. Combining the 4DX
Plan and the Influencer Model will better support authentic and meaningful learning related to planning and exploring, resulting in change and successful behavior inside and outside the classroom.
The attitude of change is a person's willingness to modify their way of thinking, feeling, or acting in the face of different situations that arise in life. The attitude of change involves recognizing the need to improve, adapt, learn, and grow, as well as assuming the challenges and opportunities that change offers. The attitude of change also means having a positive and optimistic vision of the future and trusting in one's capabilities and resources to face challenges—some benefits of having an attitude of change.
As a teacher, my main objective is my willingness to teach my students to change their way of thinking, feeling, or acting in the different situations that arise in life.
Innovation Plan is to propose the incorporation and use of combined dual learning in classrooms. in addition to creating learning experiences in both languages in the classroom and on a personal level. I chose this plan because it will strengthen communication skills for native English speakers and native Spanish speakers. I will use the 4DX plan to execute this plan correctly to achieve my most important goals (WIG).

My goal is that with this plan, students will be autonomous, work at their own pace, and their learning will be more accessible and convenient. They will undoubtedly achieve a unique combination of opportunity, skills, and the need for change to succeed.

For this type of change to be successful, I have proposed a plan to help educate teachers about the benefits of the two-way dual language program and how to use it in their classrooms. Start by offering a professional development course for teachers in the summer, then, during the first phase of implementation, begin using it in all reading, writing, and math classrooms.

The team will make the necessary changes and analyze the feasibility of the proposed MCI.

This in-class blended learning environment is intended first for administrators in my school's Language Department, as our success creates other departments to explore their blended learning experiences. We will need continued support from all areas involved to ensure our proposal is successful.
Mastering several languages brings a series of benefits in various aspects of our lives. The advantages of speaking more than one language, from improved intercultural communication to career and academic opportunities, as well as cognitive development and learning skills. It also lies in the options and benefits it provides personally and professionally.

I only know the outcome of this value after the fact. On the other hand, a “lead measure” provides a forecast of the outcome of the lag measure—lead Measure: Use station rotation activities during at least one class meeting every four weeks.

It is difficult to track or measure, but it helps track progress toward WIG success.

The primary measure I am focusing on is for teachers to adjust their time and unique work plans. In their station rotation model, we will discuss our achievements and objectives, focusing on interpersonal and presentational speaking in English.

As time goes on, that number will likely change, but if I can have one of these each week, then it will be more feasible to get teachers to add something new to their projects and evaluate it. They will record the total number of days their classes worked at learning stations. Registering and publishing progress so that the scoreboard is visible and effective will be discussed.

We will ask a teacher to record her weekly progress and line graph the week's report.

Crucial Conversations
Whether we have experienced it or not, we have all had to have crucial conversations at some point in our lives. Crucial conversations can happen between an employee and his or her boss, friends, family, teachers, students, and many more.
These conversations are intended to encompass the issues and use healthier ways to understand and mitigate any situation professionally or personally. Although these conversations are structured to address personal situations, the skills and advancements that emerge from these conversations can be essential to building bonds, trust, and trustworthiness. In Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stakes Are High. Authors Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan, and Al Swizler highlight the importance of structuring positive conversation techniques to find shared meaning and common ground.
Crucial conversations typically contain three main characteristics: opposing opinions, high stakes, and intense emotions. From experience, we have all had to deal with some situation that inhibits these three crucial points in any conversation. Many conversations in education are crucial because children's education is at stake, teachers have different teaching styles, and teaching is passionate. So, what do you do when you need to have a conversation about something as scary as change? They sit together and LISTEN. In today's digital age, sitting and talking may seem like a waste of time instead of emailing. However, we know the tone can be lost when writing, and a genuine dialogue does not occur. To create change, we must be able to talk about it in person and together.
What this really boils down to is that we are worried about what we can't control. We worry about other people's reactions to the topic or challenge we need to talk to them about. We don't know how they might react, or we might think we know from conversations we've had with that person before.
Those of us who are substantially more influential leaders tend to deal with these volatile issues differently. Instead of fighting and having explosions about the concerns of our people at any level of the organization, we should talk about their concerns. Leaders have spent careers honing skills to navigate crucial conversations in a way that leads to meaningful solutions and stronger relationships. As a result, your influence rises by having effective communication. Having seen how crucial core conversations strengthen leaders' influence, we set out to learn how they do it or not so well. In my Innovation Plan , my team must know that their contributions are valued and essential. Our innovation as a whole has a Why, but let's not forget that everyone has their own What's My Why? and how to implement my plan using My Influencer Strategy and Installing 4DX , remembering my "why" throughout the conversation.
Crucial Conversations focuses on techniques that can help you keep the most critical conversations in a positive space when surrounded by highly charged emotions. Remember that I am the only person who can directly control any interaction. May the change begin with me. So, I'll stop worrying about other people's approach. Instead, I started my path to effective communication by changing my approach. The purpose of the conversation is clear and shareable: some conversations go in such a way that they make us think that it is not worth even bothering to try to reach an agreement. This may be because we have not clearly defined the purpose of the conversation with the other party. Defining it helps a lot. Instead of focusing on current tensions, what makes us different, and getting bogged down in the practicalities that don't work, it is much more effective to invite people to inhabit a future possibility, as this will open up the possibility of a conversation with a compatible purpose. Proceeding in one way or another turns others into allies or adversaries.
I have the opportunity to start each meeting choosing curiosity instead of shock, promote the development of ideas through discussion, and anchor them in a common purpose. This is how we move forward and how we can all move forward together.
"People skilled at dialogue do their best to ensure that everyone can add their meaning to the shared pool, even ideas that at first glance seem controversial, wrong, or contrary to their beliefs. It is obvious: "They don't agree with every idea; they just do everything they can to get every idea out there." -Kerry Patterson. The fundamental principles to get the most out of crucial conversations and avoid potential pitfalls:

1) Start with the heart (i.e. empathy and positive intention)

2) Maintain the dialogue

3) Make it safe

4) Don't get hooked on the emotion (or get hooked on them)

5) Agree on a mutual purpose

6) Separate facts from history

7) Agree on a clear action plan
As I have shown you in my Leading Change, all my strategies and plans have collaborated with my team. I have always said that it is better to work as a team; it speeds up the loads, and we perfect our ideas. 4 heads think better than one; as a good leader, we can have perfect ideas and projects, and we can improve our objectives and goals together. With good communication, we can have a Growth Mindset Plan and achieve success together.
As a team, we have had crucial discussions, but we have had to learn to listen and talk less; we have to make the change, give our best, be good leaders in the face of significant challenges, and do work that meets our goals.
This passion sets a leader apart; it is challenging to become the best leader possible without it. Being a good leader means having crucial conversations, listening more, and talking less. To become an agent of change, we must pay attention to the problems of the organization and the perspectives of other team members. Listening to those around you is also essential to show respect and empathy.
I now feel confident in myself to discuss My Innovation Plan, Influence Strategy, 4DX Installation, and anything else that comes my way. As an educator and leader, I am responsible for speaking up to give our students the best and enable them to reach their full potential. What kind of educator would I be if I didn't? I found my voice. It's here, and it's vital. I'm ready to talk.

The four strategic execution disciplines are not only an effective tool for achieving goals in the workplace. You can apply the same principles in your daily life outside of work. They can change everything, as they are a simple and repeatable formula for carrying out strategic priorities in the midst of the whirlwind.

After studying the Strategy/ 4DX Plan and the Influence Model, observe that both strategies, change, and influence, are closely linked. Influence is about achieving compliance and the commitment necessary to lead change successfully. I saw opportunities to incorporate both of them into my school. The objective is the most critical component in the 4DX, the desired results of the influence model. Both are a high priority in creating and strengthening change in all organizations.

1. Focus on what is most important.

I have an obvious and defined objective. When talking about the implementation of dual language programs with blended learning to master the language and academic performance of students. intercultural experiences, fostering greater understanding and tolerance towards diversity.
Only about 65% of classes are using rotating stations in blended learning in reading, writing, and math courses in some way, actively assessing problem-solving skills. My goal is to bring that figure to 65% by November 2023. This is a lofty goal, but possible.

Discipline 2: Lead Measures Law

Our team must establish lag and lead measures to make our primary measure to help me move towards the Extremely Important Goal (WIG) by August 2023 - 2024.
In our first quality meeting with teachers and school leaders, when implementing the blended learning stations, at least one dual language class will use station rotations of at least 65% of the class. instructional time for August 2023 - 2025.

Discipline 3: Maintain a convincing score.

During our weekly WIG meetings, we will seek consensus on incremental changes to increase the use of station rotation activities and the level of progress in the dual language program. weekly.

Discipline 4: Create a Cadence of Responsibility

Knowing that the MCI can be easily lost. Monthly meetings will be held with the team leader and teachers to discuss progress on objectives and goals and review our MCI measurements for adequate growth and development.

1. Be clear:

Manage to maintain your commitment throughout the entire process of the project.
What need for change is there?
What scope will it have?
Which communities, interest groups, and agents of change must be considered?

2. Launch:

intense participation of the leader at the starting line.
The vision is drawn, the terrain of change is delimited, and the plans are drawn up. The core team and pioneers begin to involve employees in change decisions.
Essential leadership functions include deciding how to structure the change initiative, building relationships, motivating others, and achieving coordination and commitment.

3. Adoption:

New behaviors lead to the achievement of MCI; The team becomes responsible for the new conduct despite the demands of the whirlwind.

The communication process begins, and the first steps are taken to promote change.

4. Optimization:

Play to win; The change can continue and consolidate. or fail or not take root.
Change leaders must distinguish what works and what doesn't to maintain the attention, energy, resources, and support necessary to ensure the change lasts.

5. Habits:

Create a culture of excellent execution.

To achieve success, it is imperative to learn what has been influential in the change process and what has yet to be and adapt plans accordingly to ensure progress.
Implementation can be slow or fast, but leaders must know that everyone needs time to adapt to the changes, no matter how quickly they decide to move.

Those who lead the change must show their commitment to the change initiative and, above all, to the people it affects.

Understanding change is an emotional task requiring relationships with a network of related change agents.
