Identify the blended learning model and the lessons to be used.

Phase I: Planning (November 2023 - February 2024)
-
Implementing blended learning in the small group station rotation model requires good district leadership.
-
Leadership is essential to developing all the other components; the ideal is to form teams to fulfill the vision that blended learning becomes a fundamental part of the school.
-
One of the objectives is to promote pedagogical innovation and teachers' appropriation of the current curriculum to meet the proposed goals.
-
Observe and identify the needs of the students to know what will be the best learning program for them.
-
Identify the blended learning model and the lessons to be used.
-
Set concrete short-term goals.
-
Collect data and feedback to measure the success of this stage.
-
Request all materials needed by students and teachers during station rotations.
-
The district has available devices (including iPads and Chromebooks) for each student. The teacher will collect them at the beginning of the school year.
-
Each student will need headphones for their Chromebook.
-
Technology updates are dedicated to the team to provide sustained support in leadership development for project management.
Phase II: Planning (March 2024 – August 2024)
-
Advisory Meetings between district and area leaders will discuss the plan's implementation.
-
It is recommended that these meetings be held monthly.
-
Carry out the specific planning of the blended method to achieve the established objectives, complying with the study plan.
-
Establish roles to develop a practical teaching-learning experience.
-
Consider what kind of professional development the professionals involved in implementing the plan require.
-
Investigate what method is used to obtain and analyze the data, that is, what tool is strengthened that allows us to effectively and efficiently measure the students' performance.
-
Create a feedback survey for students and parents.
-
Create a teacher feedback survey on needs and comfort levels with digital learning.
-
Please note that the Wi-Fi has enough capacity for the entire school.
-
Organize the materials to be repaired for each rotation.
-
Accessible access for both the student and the teacher.
-
Observe what space the technology rotation will be in within the classroom.
-
Charging stations inside the classrooms.

Phase III: Implementation (August 2024 - August 2025)

Implementing blended learning is not simply a combination of online teaching and teaching in the rotating station model in the classroom but rather a systematic project, which must be determined from the teaching objectives.

-
Define specific goals
-
Define the design of the teaching links.
-
Define the assessment and evaluation of the curriculum
-
Assign specific tasks and responsibilities to each person
-
Define the central coordination between areas and people
-
Define the construction of the online platform.
-
Define suitable work environments.
-
Define performance monitoring and measurement.
-

The last step in developing an implementation plan is essential to ensure the achievement of objectives as implementing blended learning in the station rotation method becomes a fundamental part of the school.

-
Identification of milestones to determine the progress of blended learning in the double station rotation model.
-
Indicators of performance
-
Performance Evaluation Tools
-
Responsible for monitoring and control.
-
Evaluation meetings and adjustments. Analyze the results and make the necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the objectives.
-

-

Phase IV: Reflexion (June 2025 – August 2025)

-
I will continue to seek feedback to meet the needs of any committed teacher who wants to support the plan.
-
Meet with the professionals to analyze the data and discuss the pilot program's effectiveness.
-
Make the adjustment decision before moving forward with the final implementation of the plan.
-
We will collect data and comments to incorporate them into the platform's official launch.
-
Evaluate progress and meet with the blended learning team to discuss new goals for the following year.
-
Reassess, Regroup, Restart.
-
Does this initiative work?
-
Why or not?
-
What can be improved?
-
What has to stay the same?

The learning story supposes the generation of a learning dynamic throughout the entire organization, which requires the identification of the construction situation or situations to be learned and the commitment of all the members who will participate in one way or another. Another way in the process is to guarantee the learning results and their transfer to the whole organization.
