Innovation Project Update
Embarking on this learning journey through the ADL program at Lamar University, I crafted my innovation project, setting clear objectives and goals. The heart of my innovation plan, implemented within a blended learning environment using station rotations, is to empower students to learn and master both languages. This global, efficient, and practical innovation model enhances the teaching/learning processes and the organization of the centers, with the ultimate goal of reducing academic failure. The plan equips students with the necessary skills and strengths to communicate effectively using academic vocabulary and confidently navigate the world. It incorporates a diverse range of language learning methods, including reading, writing, communication, listening, and the strategic use of technology.
