Since I started Applied Digital Learning (ADL), I have seen the importance of technological tools for learning and teaching. It has ceased to be a simple competitive advantage and has become a pressing need. It has helped me share my knowledge with other colleagues. And to learn from them in one way or another.

The technological era means having endless possibilities when implementing technological tools. New alternatives are increasingly being sought; they allow for a more dynamic and effective teaching and learning process, and their focus is to understand each skill and competitiveness of the student. The good news is that these tools are here to stay and to improve the academic experience of teachers and students.

Likewise, I have seen the importance of technology in the education of my students, and by incorporating the blended learning model, it lies in the ability to develop learning and linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Each student can learn at their own pace. As I explored, blended learning gives my students flexibility by showing their skills and seeing challenges as opportunities to improve to achieve their goals.

As an educator, I have used this type of learning to develop as a conceptual leader; I have seen my students learn the activities faster because I explain to them by giving examples, so their activity is booming. I am with an assistant, and between the two of us, we work with the rotation stations in small groups according to the need, the day, time, and the activity to be carried out.

The heart of my Innovation Plan is related to the Station Rotation Blended Learning Model. Blended learning refers to a style of formal education in which students learn through traditional in-person instruction and online media. Line. I share this promotional video and see "why, how, and what." can connect and process the information.

The Literature Review examines the effects of blended learning on student engagement and achievement in classrooms focused on the Station Rotation Model. I synthesized my findings into what worked, what could have been done better, and the lessons learned. I applied that knowledge to my innovation project to learn from my mistakes.
