My innovation plan is to implement blended learning in my district's kindergarten classrooms; this article will speak to my target audience and share a relatable story with quantitative results that will gain buy-in from educators in my district. Blended learning can meet the needs of my students by keeping them interested, stimulated, motivated, and creative in their learning process. I explain how to implement the model with students and the fantastic results reflected in this model, as measured by nationally standardized test data from the NWEA Map.

I plan to submit my article to both English Language Teaching (ELT) and Elearm magazine in the hope of publishing it and sharing it with a broader audience. Being published would also give me more credibility to bring my innovation plan to my district for implementation. We invite you to review the outline of my Publication Outline.
